Always I get error when I try load ads on android app.

Hi guys!
I have use exoplayer 2.16.0 with IMA sdk in my android app (JAVA), also I use xml vast tags with ads link.
When try load ads get this error
AdError [errorType: LOAD, errorCode: AdErrorCode [name: FAILED_TO_REQUEST_ADS, number: 1005]
I try to found solution two weeks :(
But nothing found.
Maybe I am doing sometging wrong with integration loader in code.
I can show my xml tags for load ads.
Please help for figured out this problem
Maybe you have a example code how to send created xml to exoplayer?

You will need to pass the Ad Tag instead of the xml in the AdsRequest method. You may also check our Get Started guide for basic implementation or our sample apps and use it as reference on integrating the IMA SDK in your own project.

Thank you for responding back to us.

 

I have tested the VAST Tag you have shared with us in our VSI and unfortunately, it is constantly returning AdError 1010 which means that the ad response was not understood and cannot be parsed. We would recommend to double check this with your ad provider and confirm if the VAST Tag is correctly configured.

 

Additionally, you should check our sample apps for Android and pattern your work with that to avoid possible implementation issues.

On a side note, I have removed your last response from the forum thread as it contains sensitive information. Rest assured that we have a copy of that response should it be needed to be use for further investigation.
