Using IMA for video ads without AdSense

I see that AdSense for Video (AFV) is no longer accepting new user registrations. If I still want to monetise video ads via IMA, how do I go about it?

You may use Google Ad manager as your Ad provider for IMA SDK. You may reach out to their support via this link.
