Error trying to add ads video AdsLoader error: AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty.

Hi community, I have a streaming web platform and trying to get approved in Google Adsense Video, they give me a test Adtag and i put it in a test html for approval purpose. I-m currentyl using VideoJS to stream my videos and follow this guide to set up IMA SDK plugin to serve the ads (https://github.com/googleads/videojs-ima), but the ima plugins show this error: "AdsLoader error: AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty." 

Do you know what im doing wrong? or it's Google issue?

I test the AdTag here (https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/vastinspector) and seems to be valid so i think it's my problem, not Google.

Thank you for reaching out to support. Please be aware that we don't support the videojs-ima plugin on this forum. For support with the plugin, you can get support from the team that maintains the plugin via their GitHub Issue Tracker. As for the error 1009 (empty VAST), there can be many reasons. Make sure your ad tag actually returns a meaningful VAST response if you open it in a browser. The error you're seeing is related to your serving. You will have to reach out to your ad provider for help modifying your serving settings. They should be able to help ensure that you get ads.

Thanks for your answer! I'm trying to reach Google but is not so simple haha. i will write to the support team of the plugin, maybe they can help me.
