Dear All

I am sharing the final order in the writ petition filed by us against UOI regarding police officials not following Jacob Mathew Guidelines when complaint of medical negligence is made to them. The number of years and the effort it takes to get an order which could have been given on day one is evident here. It just goes to show that Organizations and individuals who take responsibility to petition courts for causes which adversely effect medical community need to be persistent, patient and thick skinned.
