Why "Sorry, No GPS, you'll receive 1 text if GPS works@2,6,12,20 min."?

Sometime, you just cannot see the GPS when you are inside of
buildings... then "Im here plus" will try to get GPS after 2 min. If
still cannot find GPS, will try at 6 min. These retries will repeat
until one of following condition is meeted: 1) found GPS; or 2) time
expired (20 min).
