URGENT Question - Invitation from UCL Finance Conference

I'm Mandy from MFin. This morning I received the invitation email from UCL Finance Conference. In the previous email from IM club, it's said that attending this conference will "Secure a SUMMER INTERNSHIP with a buy or sell side firm in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Mumbai or Moscow through our internship scheme". So I wonder that this internship will be arranged by UCL or by our IM Club? If I will graduate in Jun.2013, can I still get one internship in this summer?
I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon, because I need to right start to do the visa stuff after your confirm, and I'm not sure whether it's possible to have the visa before the conference day.
