This is a great quote from Rep. Ed Sullivan (R-Mundelein), one of the GOP supporters of the marriage bill. We should use it somewhere, especially with so many spineless members out there, especially among the Democrats.

"I'm willing to lose my job over this issue," Sullivan said Wednesday. "But it won't be without a fight."

He went on to say: "How can we deny these basic rights to our friends and colleagues?"

Nice. We can post something about this today that I can circulate. Is it okay to include the full quote, even though it implies that a lawmakers could lose his seat for supporting marriage?
