Does India's booming information technology and information technology-enabled services (IT/ITES) industry, which employs almost one million professionals, require a trade union to fight for its rights?
http://in.rediff.com/money/2005/oct/06bspec.htmSome serious impact was made in the recent concluded strike by the air
staff across the nation,West bengal virtually stood still, do any one
of us will feel good about it?.This is not collective bargain, this act
shows the threating nature of the trade wing posing the centre
government by scape goating the common man.
IT industry is a professional area and many of us grown enough to raise
our greivances to the adminstration. Third party intervention will
facilitate the trade wings to flourish themselves and put the community
to nasty state. I am a private lancer in IT industry, but looking the
developments made in job sector, in my opinion the employers looks
relatively good ,catering the needs of their respective employees.
