[Ilugc] Asterisk voip software

Hi all,
I´m a starter to linux I have an assignment to do can anyone help me
out. I can work with the basics for building or compiling and installing
applications.

Objective is to run Asterisk server and free pbx support to add extension
and connect with my ip phone and soft-phone. Help me to install asterisks
voip and link few extensions.

You can play with elastix which comes with all you need

hi thanks for your reply elastix is a freeware or any licensing is there
moreover I need to integrate my grandstream pbx with it and few FXO ,FXS is
this all possible with elastix.

Elastix comes with GPLV2 so there is no restriction. You can play.......
Only if you need support from them you need to pay.
