Hi all,

I recently got one pen drive from my friend, which is Transcend JetFlash 16 GB. When I plugged it to my system it is not detected by my OS. I am running Debian Lenny. What may be the problem?

Thanks,
Anoop

Manual mount not working. When i used the command

mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /media/usb

it says
"cant read superblock".

sudo mkdir /media/disk
sudo mount -t vfat /dev/sdb1 /media/disk

backup all datas and unmount it using
sudo umount /media/disk

now open gparted and delete the partition completely and make a new one with fat32 format

if it is not mounting pls give me the output of
sudo fdisk -l
