I am a noob, I admit it. So I am asking for some help. I have nearly a dozen soul shields in my inventory. Dura, blackram, lumang, stone monster, and others. What do I do with these? I am running out of inventory room.
The soul shields i usually just salvage the ones im not using. As for the Valor stones around level 26 there is a area with one of the wheels that excepts them to spin the wheel. Not sure if these are the best options just what i do.
Dismantle all your soul shields, the ones you should be using is the ones you easily get from the first wheel until you get to Jadestone Village. Once you get there you can use 8 Viridian Valor Stones and purchase your Viridian soul shields from the vendor near the vaultkeeper which will last you until you get to Act 2. Save up 8 Cinderlands Valor Stones and do it again for the Cinderlands Soul Shield once you reach the town that sells it.

Blade and soul is even more grinder than WOW and for certain weapon upgrade you.have to get the material in PvP zone I try it before and is not fun at max level. Not to mention a lot of stuff you have to pay to get ie inventory space.
Soul Blade allows the user create, shape, and utilize all manner of bladed weapons[1] from Ether during combat, notably swords[2], sword spears[3] and claw blades.[1] The user is capable of splitting their weapon into two, allowing them to dual wield them and change their style of combat, and increase their physical speed and range of attack.[4]
Its Ether can also be used for other purposes, such as catapulting others into the air.[5] The blade can be broken if used on indestructible surfaces,[6] and it requires time for the user to create a replacement.[7] However, the blade still retains its usual attack power.[5][8]
Blade and Soul is Martial Arts base Fantasy where the only equipment you change is weapon ( through evolution upgrades more than equiping new ones), earring, ring and necklace and lastly this little pie chart looking circle called a soul shield (this is where a majority of stats are at). What your character looks like will depend totally on the outfit they are wearing (its purpose is purely cosmetic but some do enable world pvp between factions.) There are a few classes that are limited to certain races and each class is a sort of martial artist or "caster".
Yeah so far I have tinkered with Brawler (Vi from LoL?) Reaper (loli + chains = naughty) , Gunner (someone call for artillery strike?), Archer (deleted it, not my cup of tea), Berserker (Attacks.so.freaking.slow...) and Warrior ( lets jump out of the way). Over all Brawler is pretty easy to play, and does massive dps for a tank, Reaper is just flat out fun to watch with chains and sickles combos flying everywhere. Gunner was my first and probably my favorite so far. Everything else was filler to level with a friend or a alt on a server to try out the class. So far so good, not sure how deep I'll go into it but until Blade and soul comes out its a nice diversion.
The ability's name refers to Japanese swords and warriors being associated with Shinto, a religious belief system where all elements of the world are embedded with spirits. It was said that swords were a source of wisdom and emanated energy to inspire the wielder, and that a part of the swordsmith's spirit was transferred into the blades they crafted.
It can hold souls, the number of which can be seen on its tooltip. Killing a creature with it will add 1 soul to the counter, and at certain tresholds the wearer is restored 20 () health and gains the following potion effects:
Fragments of dead souls are imprisoned in the steel. Angry, powerful, hopeful, or scared - all of them rose up against their illithid masters, and all of them fell to this blade. Now, they are trapped forever, forced to aid their oppressors.
The Split Soul Katana ignores all physical toughness to cut through the hardest substances and strike directly at the soul of its target. Its full power can only be unleashed by those with eyes that can see the souls of inorganic objects.[1] It is a highly valuable cursed tool worth five hundred million yen.[2]
Toji used the Split Soul Katana frequently on his mission to assassinate the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai. During a fight with her bodyguard, Suguru Geto, Toji was swallowed by one of Geto's giant cursed spirits. Toji sliced and tore the worm-like curse apart from the inside using the blade until he escaped.[3] The Split Soul Katana displayed its ability to bypass toughness by easily slicing apart the Rainbow Dragon, the most durable curse in Suguru's arsenal at the time.[4]
When Mai sacrificed herself to save and empower Maki, she left behind an exact replica of the Split Soul Katana. It serves as Maki's last connection to her sister and the weapon she wielded to enact her promise to destroy everything. Maki destroyed the entire Zenin clan using the Split Soul Katana, starting by bisecting her father's head with a single stroke of the blade.[5]
The Split Soul Katana has since become Maki's primary weapon. She used it in the Culling Game to clear out the Sakurajima Colony.[8] It was also the primary means of injuring Naoya throughout her fight with his vengeful cursed spirit form. Her slashes only dealt minor damage to Naoya because she couldn't yet bring out the full potential of the blade. She severed his limbs and impeded his movements, but never dealt lasting damage that he couldn't immediately heal from.[9][10]
Maki allowed Hagane Daido to borrow the katana and he was able to bisect Naoya's cursed spirit body with single, lightning-fast strokes of the blade. Maki's attacks didn't have the same effect because she couldn't see everything that Hagane could.[11] Only once fully realized did Maki unlock the full strength of the Split Soul Katana. She cut through Naoya's body and soul in one strike, effortlessly defeating him inside his own domain.[12]
