Dear Organizers,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing on behalf of my team regarding the upcoming conference scheduled from December 12 to December 15. Unfortunately, our exams are scheduled between December 11 and December 20, which prevents us from attending the conference in person.

We are very interested in the conference topics and would love to participate if there is an option to attend remotely. Could you please let us know if there is an online attendance option available, or if there are any recorded sessions we could access afterward?
