Regarding the Submission

Dear Organisers,

I am writing to seek assistance with a couple of issues related to a recent file submission:

1. File Name Change in Google Form Submission:
   I submitted a zip file titled "Data Lovers.zip" through the form, but after submission, it shows up as "Data Lovers - Pulkit Chatwal.zip." I am unsure why the name was altered upon submission. Could you kindly confirm if the correct file has been received, or should I attempt to resubmit it?

2. Language Display Issue in CSV Files:
   The zip file I submitted contains CSV files in multiple languages. While the files open correctly on my Mac, when I decompress and open them on my Windows system, the text in languages other than English appears as unreadable characters. I believe this could be an encoding issue, but I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this so the files display correctly on Windows.

Please let me know how I should proceed in addressing these concerns.
