Respected ILSUM organizers,

I wanted to inquire whether attending the Forum for Information Retrieval Evaluation (FIRE) at DAIICT, Gandhinagar, from 12th to 15th December is mandatory for participants. If possible, could you let me know if there will be an option to attend in an online mode?
