Job Type : Full time permanent
Experience- 0 to 05 yrs
Salary Package- Best As per industry standard
Job Descriptions
1) Post Graduation will be preferred
2) Vetting legal documents, contracts , MOU, lease deed , Notices, drafting plaint, reply affirmative.
3) Appearance before various courts, govt authorities, tribunals.
4)Preparing MIS , reports, advising management various issues ..
5) Maintaining data related with litigation pending before govt authorities and courts.
6) Having knowledge of arbitration and civil as well as criminal case.
7) Willing to travel as per job requirement
