The Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) Pune is looking to recruit a qualified lawyer with 4-7 years of work experience at the position of Manager of the MCCIA Mediation Cell. This would be a full-time position based in Pune.

Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, prior work experience in a law firm, as well as working knowledge of Marathi. Basic knowledge of litigation and alternate dispute resolution mechanisms in India (arbitration, mediation, and conciliation) is essential and prior training as a mediator is desirable.

The candidate is expected to have a friendly and engaging personality, since the work profile will include interactions with senior industry members, as well as lawyers and law firms, and may also include public speaking, as well as attending seminars and public engagements.
