Hi Guys, 


As you know, a number of our sponsors and members will not be using their tickets and have asked that we donate them on their behalf. 


As per the decision made in our meeting on Thursday, there will be a draw at the gala where a number of students will be selected to receive refunds for the tickets they have purchased.


Bita is going to send an email to all members to inform the students of this draw but before we she sends that out it would be good to know how many donated tickets we have. 


My records show that we currently have 4 donated tickets but there may be more as we haven't heard from some of the sponsors about the number of tickets they will be using. Please take a look at the chart below and if you are the lead contact for any of the sponsors highlighted, please contact them to find out how many tickets they will be needing.

Aird & Berlis will donate 1 ticket.

For Moneygate you have 1 ticket used and 1 ticket donated even though total tickets is 1

Hi Guys, 

A couple of people are asking that we sell them tickets but as you know we are sold out. There may be a few available however depending on the number of tickets donated. We still need to hear back from Blakes and Gardiner Roberts. 

Atoosa jan, I believe you are in touch with Blakes. Can you please find out if they will use their 2 tickets. Bob, how many tickets will GR use? Please confirm this as soon as possible so we get a final count.
