Hi Mr. Tabrizi, 

You can make the cheque to Iranian Legal Professionals of Ontario. 

Unfortunately, there aren't any tables at the venue to be given to our sponsors and the dinner itself is cocktail style with only casual seatings around the venue. 

Please make arrangements to get 170 of your forms to me. I will place them in the swag bag that will be given to every guest at the event. This will be more effective, as you will make sure that everyone in the event receives one copy of the form. 

Please try to get the forms to me by Wednesday evening so we have enough time to place in them in all the bags.

Attached I am sending you Parya logo.

 

Do you need to have some slides from parya to be presented during the event on the screen?

 

We will be four. Just let me know to what name  should issue cheque. Of course it will be personal as Parya does not have fund for such an event.

 

I need a desk at the entrance to have Parya brochures and also donation forms. Two of our staff will take care of it.

 

As I said considering the facts that majority of our Iranian lawyers having business with our community members they should be enough fair to support organization like Parya as the only and the first Iranian community centre in the World which is proud of Iranian-Torontonian. Many of their grandparents are using parya services.

 

I hope you can promote this concept during the event. If you need my help please let me know.

 

They can do donation at the entrance by signing the forms and will receive tax receipt for their tax purpose.
