Update on Merger

I just spoke with Bobby Vakili. He advised that all board members from their side, with the exception of Negar, have signed the MOU. He said that Negar has been busy and will sign it in the future and suggested that we don't wait for her signature and move along to the next stage. 

He is going to send me their list today so that we circulate the survey on Thursday, with a deadline of next Thursday. The survey will ask all members to provide a yes/no answer to the question of the merger.

So long as Negar not signing doesn’t later become an issue that ICLA did not fully agree to the merger, I guess we can proceed as suggested. Perhaps she can be asked to confirm in writing.
