Old Church over than 100 years strike by lighting in april 2010 Romania

Before the Resurrection, people of common Brosteni Vrancea-Romania
have seen a church destroyed by lightning. They took holy light from
the parish of neighboring villages. Lightning struck the church in
full and left behind a mess. Icons made pieces, jam broken, fallen
plaster, cracked walls from top to bottom, even the tower was almost
destroyed. Church had no lightning and no earthed system for
switchboard. The lightning traversed the entire length of the church.
After the coup was scrapped church, religious services were moved to
another church neighbor. Significant damage icons were destroyed, the
strength of the church structure was affected.
