| Liesbeek River Cleaning A[n Observatory] Community Project - 33rd CLEANING DAY, Saturday 7th of May 2016. |
|
| | Liesbeek River Cleaning Cleaning Day, Saturday 7th of May 2016 When: Saturday, 7 May, 8:30am to 3:30pm Where: Meet in the parking lot in front of The River Club. What: We will be cleaning the stretch running from the River Club to the N2. Who: Sybrand Strauss will be supervising the clean.
Drop in any time for an hour or two to help us clean, but do remember to bring gloves and boots that are up to the challenge! It's a large space, if you don't see us right away; rest assured, we're somewhere along the banks getting dirty. If you can't spare the time yourself this Saturday, donations in any form (hands attached to able bodied workers, heavy duty trash bags, delicious snacks and cold hard cash etc.) are welcome. If you have any questions on the day, feel free to contact me, Sybrand Strauss on 071 067 1962 (sybrand...@gmail.com).
Please take note of the change of venue - we are NOT meeting in front of the Wild Fig, we are meeting at the River Club. |
