Date Extended - In response to requests from some Library Professionals, the deadline for submitting research papers has been extended to 10th May 2026.

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the INTERNATIONAL LIBRARY SYMPOSIUM ON KNOWLEDGE AND COMMUNICATION (ILSKCOM – 2026), on " Transforming Knowledge Frontiers: Artificial Intelligence (AI) And Open Access (OA) For Sustainable Library Development" being jointly organised by SVKM'S NARSEE MONJEE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES (Deemed to be UNIVERSITY, Shirpur Campus, India), Central Library, and KHON KAEN UNIVERSITY, THAILAND on June 12-13, 2026.

To explore the Transforming Knowledge Frontiers: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Open Access (OA) for Sustainable Library development, SVKM's NMIMS, in association with Khon Kaen University, Thailand, is proud to host ILSKCOM 2026 — a platform dedicated to fostering dialogue, sharing knowledge, and promoting global collaboration in the field of Library & Information Science and communication.

The event will connect library professionals, academic-industry partners, and professionals in the assistive technology domain worldwide.

This event features invited talks, a panel discussion, demonstrations, and case studies on the above theme and its sub-themes.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I extend a warm invitation to the Call for Papers and Participation in ILSKCOM-2026, where renowned personalities from the library profession will gather from around the globe.

Symposium Dates : June 12-13, 2026.

Selected Papers will be published in the Thailand Journal:
Selected papers will be published in the "Journal of Information Science Research and Practice (JISRAP)", published from Thailand and is currently indexed in the Thai Citation Index (TCI). ISSN: 3027-6586 (Online). Articles must undergo double-blind peer review by qualified reviewers.
