Indian knowledge traditions are rooted in ancient civilizations form a vital part of global intellectual heritage. The Indian Knowledge System (IKS) spanning from the Vedas, Upanishads, Ayurveda, Yoga, Mathematics, Astronomy, and Philosophy—has shaped Indian society and influenced the world. Today, with new global challenges, there is renewed interest in exploring it's  relevance and modern applications. In view of implementation of NEP in Education System in Maharashtra its high time to acquaint with new context of NEP specifically IKS. In this context we have decided to organize an interdisciplinary conference for scholars, researchers and  professors to share insights and to engage in dialogue. “One Day Interdisciplinary National Conference on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) 2026”  serves  as a platform to celebrate this legacy and explore how these systems can address contemporary challenges.  This academic event seeks to connect the wisdom of the past with the needs of the future, inspiring new generations of thinkers and policymakers so we invite all concerned to this academic gathering for deliberation, interaction and publication.
