Requesting guidance on library support to a Differentially abled user.

Respected fellow library professionals,

Greetings of the season!!

May I please request the guidance of senior professionals in regards with the UGC or concern GoI directives/Memorandums/Office orders in regards with the library support to the Differently abled (Partially Visually Challenged) research scholar in a university library environment. My peculiar questions are:

1. Whether the library is responsible for providing scribe support to a research scholar who is already availing monetary benefits for scribe from UGC?

2. Whether scribe is entitled for all the library service benefits as a regular user?

3. Has any library professional has faced similar issues? and the situation was resolved?

appreciate your kind response and guidance for this matter.
