Hi folks,

I hike most Wednesdays with a Potomac Appalachian Trail Club group. Now that I've moved here, I expect to also do an occasional hike on my own at one of the close-in trails like Great Falls Virginia, Great Falls Maryland, or Sugarloaf Mountain. I would expect to do 8 to 10 miles at a moderate pace with one to two thousand feet of elevation gain.
