Auto-Generate glossaries

Right now, the new feature "File > Generate Glossaries with All
Languages" (shown when you press [Alt]) has two issues, one of which is
also true for the normal feature "File > Generate Glossary with Current
Language":

1. The glossaries are always generated in the current project's
Glossaries folder and I do not see a way to define that they should be
generated elsewere. (I often trash the whole project folder and restart
from scratch, so chances are that I would loose important glossaries
which I created and collected over time, if I do not store them in
another, global place.)

2. When I let iLocalize generate a bunch of glossaries and let it open
them afterwards, I get the little yellow warning triangle in every then
opened glossary window. The triangle informs me that the glossary is not
at an adequate place. When I click on one of those triangles and use the
dialog to move it to my global Glossaries place (Library/Application
Support/iLocalize/Glossaries/), this selected glossary gets moved to the
global place, BUT all other open glossaries still stay in the local
folder and the triangles of their windows are removed.
