sfb-latest.zip and sfb-latest-html-docs.zip
have been updated to version 0.9.19. At
http://livingcomputation.com/ixm/pub.

Fixes (on linux anyway) the ant build
process, which had pitifully been broken
since perhaps 0.9.17.
