TheMadison lock code combination to the padlocked door in the ritual room where you get camera is a particular bugbear, as the code actually isn't given to you until much, much later. The solution is nowhere close to the time you'll first encounter the lock so you'll have to play on for a while to open it. It's a randomised code too, changing from game to game, with no easy answer beyond simply continuing the game until you finally have all you need in a much, much later.
There's a whole other Madison picture puzzle to complete before you can finsih this. Not to mention you'll have to solve the Madison Clock Puzzle and face the Madison Blue Knees creature before you can finally pop that lock. So don't get any hopes up for an quick or easy answer.
If you've just found the combination lock at the little hatchway in the camera ritual room in Madison and want to find the code - well, you can't, at least not yet. The code is an integral part of the game's plot and you can't beat Madison without opening that lock, but it's not available to open until much, much later, when you'll return to this area after having visited a more religious-themed location. If you need a hand reaching that point, we've got a full Madison walkthrough right here!
Until then, the code is unknowable for two reasons - firstly, it's gated off behind a puzzle that you don't have the means to complete until that part of the game, and secondly, the code for the combination lock is randomised from game to game. So we couldn't tell you the numbers that open it even if we want to, as your own code will be a unique combination of digits randomly generated.
The actual process for finding out the code is split across four separate puzzles in the final act, based around interpreting images that Luca starts compulsively drawing. Each drawing leads to a puzzle that rewards you with a single digit of the lock - once you have all four, you can open it and move on. The four puzzles involve the following:
These puzzles compromise a major part of the game that build on many of the principles taught in the Madison Church maze and candle puzzle, though there's not much of a narrative link between that and this. So the combination lock isn't some minor bonus or collectible, it's actually an incredibly important phase of the game that you will get to, only later rather than sooner.

This page of IGN's wiki for Madison explains how to solve the Lock Code found in the Ritual Room of Luca's House, discovered very early on. As such, it includes an abridged description of the last several sections of Madison and the puzzles therein. Spoilers await below, so proceed with caution.
It can feel a little misleading. You just made your way into this secret area of Luca's house, and this is one of the first puzzle locks you stumble across. Do not get hung up on trying to crack this code.
Once you find Grandma's ring, a vision is triggered. This one shows a drawing of a wooden chair in the center of a red eye. It is at this point that you find the four Virgin Mary statues in the Ritual Room in Luca's House. After solving the Crying Virgins Puzzle by offering the correct items Tap to Reveal, Luca is prompted to finally recognize the four-digit lock combination in this room.
The third vision comes to you as you descend into Grandpa's Clock Room. Only after solving the puzzle in this room can you take a photo of the Clock Door and discover the third number of the combination.
The fourth and final vision appears as a dial combination surrounded by red. Using this to crack the Red Safe in Grandpa's Office and successfully completing the following Blue Knees portion of the game gives you the final photo with the fourth number of the combination.
Having obtained all four digits from the previous sections, you can finally make your way to the Ritual Room and put in the combination, at which point, the ending for the game will trigger.
MADiSON is obviously a horror game, but, at the same time, it is a full-fledged adventure game. It is full of puzzles that can cause a lot of problems to some gamers. One of them involves two safes that can be opened with the right combination.
Below you will find information on how to get both codes. Unfortunately, the passwords are generated randomly by the game. We can explain the whole process to you, but you will have to find the solution on your own.
A six-digit numerical value identifying the organizational structure the transaction is charged/credited to. In Legacy this was referred to as the UDDS. The first two digits represent Division, the second two digits represent Department, and the last two digits represent Sub-Department. For example department 037780 represents:
A one digit alpha or numerical value identifying the activity type of the transaction. Based on the Financial Accounting and Reporting Manual for Higher Education, published by the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
Four to five character alphanumeric values to further categorizes the nature of the transaction. Most of the time this is optional, but is required in a few cases when used in combination with certain account codes.
Property Tax Bills are based on how a property is configured on January 1st, of the previous year. So if you purchased part of a parcel, you will not get a Tax Bill for two (2) years. The person you bought the property from will get the Tax Bill for the whole parcel. Property taxes should be pro-rated at the time of closing. Contact your closing Agent or Title Company for more information.
Example: You purchased 5 acres on May 30, 2020 from a person who has a 40 acre parcel. Your 5 acre parcel will not be assessed until the 2021 tax year. You will not receive a Property Tax Bill for the 5 acre parcel until 2022.
Example 2: Property created by a new division or new subdivision plat in the 2020 Tax Year will be assessed for the first time in 2021 and receive a Tax Bill for the first time in 2022.
A new parcel number will be issued when a property is split or a new subdivision plat is recorded. The deed will have to be approved by our office and then recorded. After a new subdivision plat is recorded, parcel number(s) will be assigned within a few days from when our office receives the recording information.
Depending on the length and complexity of the legal description, normally within 24 to 48 hours. Other considerations that may be a factor are staff availability and other deeds already in queue. If you leave your contact information, we will contact you as soon as we are complete.
The parcel lines are for assessment purposes only. They are not survey quality. If you need to know exactly where your property lines are, then you need to hire an Illinois Registered Land Surveyor. If you think your parcel line is off, please contact our office so we can review your property and possibly make an adjustment.
The approval process takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how large the subdivision plat is. We recommend calling ahead to ensure someone is in the office to approve the plat. You can also email a pdf document beforehand so it can be reviewed in a timely manner. Email to:
