DNC NextWave Regional Bootcamp

Hey all,

The DNC and DPI are teaming up to offer a free training opportunity.
The DNC NextWave Regional Bootcamp is a new, free training program designed to strengthen the pipeline of the next generation of campaign and party staff, preparing them to win down-ballot races for 2026 and beyond.

Location:

• Chicago, Illinois, from Wednesday, August 26 through Friday, August 28, 2026.
• Accepted applicants will receive the program's exact timing and location ahead of the program.

Eligibility:

• Any Democrat (18 years or older) interested in working—or already working in a junior or intern capacity—on a campaign or for a state party in 2026.
• No previous campaign experience is required.
• Priority for this Midwest bootcamp will be given to applicants from: Illinois and other Midwest States.

• Applications will be accepted through Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. They are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis, so early applications are strongly encouraged.
