HIRING: Campaign Manager - IL House 12th District

We are looking for an experienced campaign professional to serve as Campaign Manager for Karim Lakhani's race for Illinois State Rep in the 12th District. A full job description is attached.

The Campaign Manager will oversee petitions and ballot access, field operations, fundraising coordination, political outreach, and overall campaign management.

Qualifications:

• At least two campaign cycles of experience, including senior staff or management-level roles (Campaign Manager, Field Director, Political Director).
• Proven success building and managing campaign teams and volunteer networks.
• Mastery of NGP VAN/Votebuilder and strong communication/organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights/weekends; reliable transportation required.

Compensation: $6,000–$8,000/month (commensurate with experience) + win bonus. 

Timeline: Start ASAP through Election Day.
