Hi, all --
This job posting came over the Food Policy Networks listserv (Johns Hopkins University). It is a very interesting position with an organization that I had never heard about.
The job posting is attached plus some background information about the position, the organization (Araballe Advisors), and the Good Food Practice team. The Chicago office is on Wacker Drive (downtown Chicago).
The mission seems similar to that of Fresh Taste (a Chicago based entity that came out of the 2004 "Red Tomato Report"), but competition is good, even in the non-profit world. If anyone knows anything about Arabella Advisors' activities in the Chicago area, I'd love to know more. What food-and-farm projects have they worked on in the Chicago area, what donors are they working with, is real democracy considered a Good Food Pracice by Arabella Advisors, etc.?
