Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone who runs a winter market has a different set of guidelines from their summer season that help to determine which vendors are able to participate. We have held a holiday market for years but considering adding a market during the months of Jan- April. We find that we have lots of bakeries that want to participate but may be dealing with limited space so looking for how others deal with this so that we have variety and knowing that there won't be room for everyone.
