2003 Golf GL 2.0 EV conversion

The project is moving forward, I have and hope to go pick up in the next few weekends:

Siemens motor, water cooled

Azure DMOC 645 controller, water cooled

Brusa 513 charger, air cooled

electric steering pump

electric vacuum pump

electric A/C compressor

electric water pump

wiring harness for a ford transit

various contactors

a shunt

a J1772 charge port

I will still need:

DC-DC converter

DMOC controller adapter

Battery, likely a Leaf 24Kwh pack from a junk yard.

Anyone in this group taken the front off a 2003 Golf or pulled a Golf engine that wants to play soon?
