Hey Climbers,

So climbing club elections are coming up and I’d like to be your choice for VP! I’m Alex James and I’m currently a freshman in engineering. As your VP I’d be managing the club’s gear (upkeep and gear checkout and such) along with helping out whoever becomes our new wonderful Prez. Fear not though! Despite being a freshman, I do have more than enough experience to maintain the club’s gear. I’ve been climbing for 4 years, leading trad for 2 years, and own my own trad rack and rope so I know how to upkeep all those lovely funny looking metal (and webbing) things. I’m looking forward to providing you all with gear and helping plan such fun things like callout. Feel free to come talk to me one of the afternoons I’m at the ARC!

I can’t be at elections due to having class that night but y’all should still vote for me!
