78 No-bid Contracts

After meeting with Ken Falkingham, administrator of the IUPC, we are up
to 78 taxing bodies who did not bid their energy contracts. 59 of these
are school districts.

The ruling on the IEC case in District 211 is scheduled for June 6th.

This is a quick reminder that if you have not FOIAed the energy
contracts in your local district please do so. Contact me if you need
help in writing the FOIA.
