Just a slight clarification,
You said on the latest podcast (
http://illegalargument.com/episode-144-everything-sucks
) that Kotlin stores extra information in an annotation.
I'm not sure whether you meant class file attribute, but Scala does something very similar, because it needs extra information as well, notably for type signatures.
