Dear Sirs,

I have been following your tutorials online and found there is a problem with Gene Clusters and Protein Targets .jnlp files. I can download these files and open them to obtain the http URL referenced in the .jnlp file. When I try using the .jnlp information I get the following error:

Paste this into my browser:

Error Reply:

You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at eh3.uc.edu Port 80

I cannot just click on the .jnlp file URL either. When I used a test .jnlp file URL from Oracle, I am able to just click on the URL and automatically I am redirected to that address. Not so with the clusterTopGenes.jnlp or ProteinTargets.jnlp files.

Can you please let me know what I am doing incorrectly to resolve this problem?

Hello,

I am really sorry about this. We have had troubles with maintaining the Java TreeView functionality and have decided to slowly remove it from iLINCS. The Group Analysis is the only place where there are still links, but, unfortunately, they are no longer functional and will be removed in the next refresh.

Please note that the other links to other apps (Signatures Heatmap and Morpheus Signatures Heatmap) provide virtually all functionality of the TreeView.

Best,
Mario
