method of knockdown and overexpression

I am emailing in regards to a question about iLINCS datasets. What methods are used to achieve knock down and overexpression in the LINCS consensus gene (CGS) knockdown signatures and LINCS gene overexpression signatures respectively

In particular I am interested in the datasets related to SF1

Ensembl Id: ENSG00000168066
