Error when launching SPIA Analysis on differential expression Signature

I created a signature based on ER status from the TCGA_BRCA_RNASeqV2 dataset.

When I attempted to run SPIA Analysis on the signature, I got a file permission error: 

Analysis exited with error: cannot change working directory In call: setwd("/opt/raid10/genomics/mehdi/ilincs/SPIA_KEGG_pathways/2017-09-07/")

Would you be able to fix this feature soon?  I greatly appreciated the ability to see the differential expression results drawn on top of the KEGG pathway diagrams.
