iLINCS Error when uploading signatures

Hello,

 

I have been getting the following error when uploading a signature onto the iLINCS website for Connectivity Analysis. I had the same error both when uploading a plain text, tab-delimited file, and when pasting a signature under the “Upload a signature tab”.

 

I’m not quite sure what caused the error and how to resolve it as it seems to be an internal server problem (screenshots attached below). Can I get some assistance for this please? Thank you.

Hello Haln,

I checked all upload functionalities and they seem to be working fine. Would you mine sending me the the snapshot of top few lines in your file, so that I can troubleshoot?
