Gene list maximum size 500

Hello!

We have being trying to submit a gene list for a signature enrichment (http://www.ilincs.org/ilincs/signatures/main/upload) but we have not being successful. 

We realize the maximum size of the gene list must be of 500 genes and I want be successful  about find information related to this issue in the web. 

Is there a way to perform this analysis increasing the number of genes permitted?
