ILINCS dataset upload

Hello,

 

I have been trying to upload a signature into kaliedescope for several hours now. Hello Abdul,

Please correct me if I am wrong, but looks like you are trying to use a system (Kaleidoscope) that in the back end makes queries agains iLINCS. We are not managing Kaleidoscope and I suggest that you contact the team that developed it to help you troubleshoot. If Kaleidoscope has problems with iLINCS API, then the team needs to tell us what specific API they are using and with what parameters so we can check our end. From our end, everything seems to be working fine.
