Request for Bulk Access to Signature Data for All Perturbagens in L1000 Dataset

Dear iLINCS Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

While I was able to successfully download the full Metadata for all signatures in a single .xls file, I could not find a way to download all the corresponding signature data files in bulk from the web interface.

Would it be possible to obtain all signature data files for Perturbagen-related L1000 signatures, either:

As a single .xls file, or

As a bulk download link, or

In any format or structure that you recommend for large-scale analysis

My aim is to analyze these signatures in Excel and filter based on my own criteria offline.

Any guidance or support you can provide for accessing these files in bulk would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ammar,

Sorry for the slow follow up. iLINCS at this point does not provide bulk download of all signatures. However, LINCS transcriptomic signatures are available for bulk download  from GEO, LINCS Data Portal, and  clue.io.
