iLINCS API

Hi,

I am interested in using the iLINCS API to perform connectivity mapping against custom gene signatures programmatically. I have followed the instructions for using the API in the ilincsAPI github repo (https://github.com/uc-bd2k/ilincsAPI) however many the requests return errors (code 400), even when following the examples given in the Rmd tutorial or attempting to execute the code through the linked google colab notebook (https://colab.research.google.com/github/uc-bd2k/ilincsAPI/blob/master/usingIlincsApis.ipynb). 

Have the API URLs changed recently? Would it be possible to update the documentation if so? 

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm happy to provide further information on the errors encountered if this is useful.

We recently switched from http:// to https:// -- could you change the API links and try it again. We'll be updating the collab notebook as well.
