***FLIGHT ITINERARY UPDATE***

Good afternoon parents!

Thank you again for everyone who was able to attend the meeting this past Saturday. We hope that it served it's purpose well in helping you prepare for the trip. Again, I can't emphasize enough to make sure that students travel with enough "winter" clothing. We want to bring back 27 healthy students!! PAYMENT UPDATES
The Civic Club deposits have finally been deposited by Smithsonian!! Please check your account balance either online or call Customer Service at 888.333.9756.

As of now, 14 students have credits to their accounts, while 14 participants are still on the Auto-Pay schedule. It's looking good!

Regarding the refunds, we will not process any refund from Smithsonian until after we return from the trip. I will get this information out to you all at a later date, but please do not expect to receive the money before we leave for D.C. Contact me with any questions regarding this.
