LAST CALL FOR ICE PALACE!!!! PLEASE READ ASAP!

Attention Civic Club Members & Parents!

This is the last call for Ice Palace! Only 15 students have turned in their forms, but we have reservations for 28 since the members voted to use our remaining funds for a celebration. I am missing forms from the following people who said they wanted to attend:

Tiffany-Joy Calaro
Carlo Farinas
Ellis Harkins

If students did NOT turn in any forms, but still want to attend, they need to see me ASAP. We would rather more students attend since we already put down a deposit, but if students don't turn in their forms, they cannot participate.

If your child needs a ride, please call me at 391-4141 or email me to make arrangements.
