***Smithsonian Refund Update***

Parents and students,
Some of you have inquired about the refund checks from Smithsonian. If you have not received a refund check in the mail up to this point, you will need to manually call Smithsonian and put a request in for the refund. For students with credits over $100, parents must call themselves to request the refund--I cannot call on your behalf. Below is the contact information for customer service:

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST (3:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (3:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)
It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for the refunds to process. If you have any questions, please contact me.
