Civic Club Members & Parents,
Tomorrow is the deadline for Ice Palace Permission Forms, RSVP's and Grade Checks. Students who do not have ALL 3 DOCUMENTS TO MS. INOUYE by 2:15pm on TUESDAY, MAY 11th will NOT be covered on Friday. Since it is not a school day, students who show up anyway but who do not have their papers turned in will not be allowed to participate in our celebration. Only students who have all their papers turned in will have skates, food, and drinks provided.
Students with F's in any of their classes including AR must have a note or updated Webgrader report showing that they have brought up their grade by Thursday, May 13th or that they have showed up for extra help/tutoring or turned in missing work.
We would like all Civic Club members to participate, but it is also important that they continue to demonstrate SELF-DIRECTION and RESPONSIBILITY as they did on the trip and throughout the year.
Finally, there is a correction to the Civic Club calendar that I sent out--the 8th grade banquet is on Monday, May 17th. The final club meeting at school will still be on Tuesday, May 18th.
