Dear prof. Melike Aktaş,

 

I have received the Application forms from your students Ahmet Semih Çalişkan and Ayşegül Öner. They are welcomed at the Academy for the next semester.

 

Taking in consideration that the students are from non-EU country they will need visas for Latvia. In order to receive visas they will need official invitation, which our Academy has to get for them at the Immigration Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In order to apply for this invitation I need from you and the students the following documents by regular mail:

 

- copies of students passports or ID cards;

- official letters from the University that students have been nominated by the Ankara University for the exchange semester at the Latvian Academy of Culture in the frames of the LLP Erasmus from ……….. until ………. and  they will receive the Erasmus grant ……. EUR.

 

Please note that the whole procedure is pretty complicated and takes a lot of time, that is why I would need to have from you the above mentioned documents as soon as possible.
