Hi folks. I came upon this site... I found it useful to scan the
popular applications. The list might spark your creativity or even be
a site to to find solutions.

Hi all,

The site Mark mentioned is good and has been around for some time - I was especially pleased one year when Moodle was in the top 10 and Blackboard was 110= - and have found a couple free things such as Freemind and Courselab extremely useful.  I also recently came across this site http://cooltoolsforschools.wikispaces.com/Home which also has a wealth of possible tools to use.

Regards,
Phil
